Best for fix-and-flip and simpler projects. The mobile app is built for fast draw submissions with straightforward budgets. For ground-up construction or projects with complex documentation, we recommend the web platform.

Note: For the best experience, make sure your device software is up to date before installing the app.
2. Setting Up Your Account
If you already have a TrustPoint web account, use your existing credentials to sign in – no separate registration needed.
- Open the TrustPoint Mobile app after installing it.
- Sign in with your TrustPoint account credentials.
- Once you're in, head to Settings to enable Face ID or biometric login for faster access next time (optional).
3. Navigating the App
Once you're signed in, you'll land on the Projects screen – your home base. You'll see all your active projects listed with their address, latest draw status, disbursement progress, and maturity date. Tap any project to view its details, loan information, financials, and exchange messages with your lender.
Use the bottom navigation bar to switch between views:
- Projects: Your full project list with draw status, disbursement progress bars, and maturity dates at a glance.
- Draws: A dedicated list of all your draws across every project. Each card shows the draw number, project, status (Draft, In Review, Completed), and the amount requested or disbursed.
- Settings: Manage your profile, enable biometric login (Face ID or fingerprint), and adjust your preferences.
4. Submitting a Draw Request
The app walks you through a clear four-step process to submit a draw. Here's what to expect at each step:
Amounts – From your project, tap Continue Draw (or start a new one). You'll see each line item in your budget – Foundation, Walls, Roof, Plumbing, and so on – along with the approved budget, what's already been funded, and what's remaining. Enter the dollar amount you're requesting for each item, then tap Continue to Photos.
Photos – Take or upload progress photos for each line item to document completed work.
Policy Checklist – Complete any required items before submitting. This may include confirming your project completion date, providing inspection availability (with a date, access code, and any special instructions), and adding a general comment. A progress tracker at the top shows how many items you've completed.
Review – Look everything over one last time, then tap Submit. Your lender is notified immediately.
5. Tracking Your Draws
Tap the Draws tab in the bottom navigation to see all your draws in one place. Each draw card shows its current status:
- Draft – You've started the draw but haven't submitted it yet. You can pick up right where you left off.
- In Review – Your draw has been submitted, and your lender is reviewing it.
- Completed – The draw has been approved, and funds have been disbursed.
You can also search your draws to quickly find a specific one.
6. Tips for Faster Approvals
Take photos in the app. Capturing progress photos directly in TrustPoint keeps everything organized and attached to the right line items, which helps your lender review faster.
Match photos to line items. Make sure each photo clearly shows the work that corresponds to the line item you're requesting funds for.
Complete the full checklist. Fill in every required field – inspection availability, completion date, and any comments – so your lender has everything they need upfront.
Start on mobile, finish on desktop. If your draw involves a lot of documents or a longer checklist, you can start it on your phone at the job site and finish up on the web version at home. Your progress carries over.
