Accepting Your Borrower Account Invitation
Accepting an invitation to join Trustpoint as a Borrower/ Authorized Borrower User
Projects in Trustpoint are managed by Lenders and by Borrowers. Once a project is built in Trustpoint, Borrowers are added to the Project to manage the budget, draw request, and other related details.
Once you receive the invitation email, the account setup process is quick and easy. Let's walk through it together.
- Click Verify your email in the invitation email you are sent

- Choose which account authentication option you wish to use
- Password
You may choose to enter a unique password to use when logging in. A strong password containing a minimum of eight (8) characters with at least one (1) number and at least one (1) special symbol. - SSO & Google
SSO options are managed by an organization. For example, if you are part of a business that is managing a project in TrustPoint and that business integrates TrustPoint with their people managing software you may be able to use SSO for authentication. - Google
Google and Single Sign On (SSO) is for large company users that have configured SSO with TrustPoint. If you are not a Lender, do not select these options.
- Password
- Review and accept the TrustPoint Terms of Service, and the Privacy Policy
- Confirm that your personal details (name, phone number, etc.) are entered correctly, and add any required details not shown

Once done you will now be logged in and can start managing the project.
